Calla Curman föddes den 12 november 1850 i Jönköping. Föräldrarna var fabrikören, senare godsägaren Carl Frans Lundström och Sofie Malmberg.
Carl Curman fundador del lo que hoy es lysekil el centro de banos de mar de esta comuna Carl Curman (1833–1913) was a physician and a scientist. Naturally a lot of photos were taken in Stockholm and on the west coast in Lysekil with surroundings, where Carl Curman spent most of his days. Photos from other Swedish towns and landscapes are also frequent as well as portraits of the fisherman population in Bohuslän, family, friends, other characters and photos of varying social events.
